Bernard (Bud) Golditch migrated to Los Angeles from Philadelphia in 1974 to enjoy year-round golf, baseball, and other participatory outdoor activities. Bud began to develop an accounting practice and started a family, all while attending law school at night to enhance his proficiency in taxation. For several years after passing the California bar exam, Bud practiced both law and accounting until the growth in his accounting practice, and a subsequent merger to form LGSH LLP, required his full attention.

Bud has primarily been involved in consulting, tax planning, and succession planning for entrepreneurs in industries including manufacturing, distribution, and service organizations. Representation of real estate developers and syndicators has become an area of expertise and the complexity of real estate transactions are often the most challenging part of Bud’s practice.

Over the years, Bud has been actively involved in the community and has served on various non-profit boards and supported many charitable causes. He and his wife Joanne have three wonderful children and six beautiful grandchildren and hope many more are on the way!
